He has more than 20 years of experience in the testing business including up to 11 years of service at Richardson Vicks in charge of product safety and efficacy testings. He has published more than 20 scientific articles and is the holder of numerous skin and hair care patents.Walter P. Smith, PH.D - An international authority on skin care and cosmetics with more than 20 years of research experience. After spending several years at Harvard Medical School as a research professor, he joined Richardson-Vicks as a Director of Research and then at Estee Lauder as Sr. Vice President, Worldwide R&D. HE is also the co-founder of Dermac Lab. Inc. with numerous U.S. and International patents and more than 60 technical publications.
